How to speed up your Vietnam visa?

If you have applied for Vietnam e-visa via the government website and granted with a visa registration code on previous days, just provide us with that code, email and the port of entry information at Vietnam e-visa speed up to start the service.

If you haven’t applied for Vietnam e-visa yet, you can go with a new Vietnam e-visa application instead. A completed e-visa will be ready within 4 – 8 working hours on the same day.

VIETNAM E-VISA OR VISA ON ARRIVAL?

Vietnam e-visa: This a completed visa issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department, which is applied online by the applicants through the visa system. This is the most popular and preferred type of visa to enter Vietnam today.

  • Processing time: 3 – 5 working days (normal service);
    2 working hours, 4 working hours, 1 working day on the next days (for new visa applications);
    4 working hours, 1 working day on the same day (for existing visa applications);
  • Stamping fee: It is pre-paid when you applied for a Vietnam visa so this means you don’t have to pay the stamping at arrival airport;
  • Speed up e-visa application: It is quite possible to speed up the e-visa application however it can be applied to existing e-visas that have been applied on the previous days only.
Vietnam visa on arrival: This is a traditional way to get a visa to Vietnam and it has been done for decades. A visa on arrival will go with a pre-arranged approval letter issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department. Without the visa approval letter, you can not get on the plane and therefore cannot enter Vietnam.

  • Processing time: 4 working hours or 1 working day on the same day for getting a visa approval letter issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department;
  • Stamping fee: 25 USD in cash for the stamping fee is required at arrival airport;
  • Rush visa on arrival application: A visa approval letter can be expedited within 4 working hours or 1 working days instantly without applying in the previous days;

Note: Visa on arrival is applicable for the entry via Vietnam international airports only
